| Question: What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? |
Answer: I want all of my customers to be delighted with my dolls. I take great pride in my work and take every precaution to see that you receive an excellent level of service and that dolls reach you in mint condition. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem please note the following:
DOLLS BY GEORGINA RITSON RETURNS POLICY:
Refunds or replacements are only due in the unlikely event that there is a fault with the doll or there has been a problem during shipping and handling. In both instances I require evidence that the doll is either faulty (as each doll is meticiculously scrutinised to prevent flaws) or that there has been a problem during shipping or handling. All the dolls are shipped by insured special delivery and therefore we require evidence of damage or tampering for insurance purposes.
I am unable to offer a 'try before you buy' service due to the nature of my work and the product. Dolls are always supplied as seen (both on the website and at shows) therefore refunds or replacements are ONLY due if there is genuine evidence of a fault.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with a purchase I must be contacted BEFORE the goods are returned either by phone: 020 7482 2488 or via the online form. If a replacement or refund is due items must be returned within 14 days in the condition you received them. |
